His professional pedigree is defined by training under the world’s most decorated icons, including Clare Smyth at the three-Michelin-starred Core in London and Alain Ducasse at Le Louis XV in Monaco. Following a successful tenure as Chef de Cuisine at Emeril’s, Josh now translates this elite international experience into a consulting framework for Kira. He is responsible for the research, development, and engineering of the complex flavor profiles that serve as the foundation of the brand’s culinary identity.
