Lower Dining Room
Sculptural design with intimate comfort — curved entryways and plush banquette seating. Reserve it in tandem with the adjoining lounge, outfitted with couches and coffee tables, and the two flow from cocktail hour into a seated dinner.
Corporate & group events
Client and board dinners, conference and convention receptions, holiday parties, team celebrations and product launches — all run to a brief agreed in writing before the date: headcount, budget, timing, dietary requirements and a run of show, with one coordinator from proposal to invoice.
Adaptable floorplans and comprehensive AV mean the room shapes itself around the evening, whether that is a seated dinner for a dozen or a reception for hundreds. Pre-set menus are priced per head, so the cost is known before anyone sits down.

Event policies
Pricing & minimums
Pricing for your preferred space is provided by the Event Coordinator. All food and beverage, room rental fees and additional charges are subject to sales tax and service charges. If the food-and-beverage minimum required to reserve a space is not met, the remaining balance is charged as a room rental fee; that minimum does not include staffing fees, gratuity or taxes.
Timing, setup & load-out
Events begin no earlier than 8 AM and conclude no later than 4 AM, with exceptions case by case. Hosts have access one hour before the start for setup; additional setup time can be arranged for a labor fee. Last call is announced about fifteen minutes before the end, with a fifteen-minute grace period after. Next-day load-out and overnight storage must be requested ahead of the event.
Vendors, staffing & decoration
Outside vendors — photographers, DJs, musicians — must be approved by management before you contract with them. The number of bartenders required is set by management; satellite bars, passed appetizers, buffet attendants and extra service staff carry labor fees. No confetti (including balloons filled with it), no glitter, no glass on the floor and nothing adhered to the walls. Client-provided decorations are approved by your Event Coordinator.
