Chef Consultant

Chef Josh Adamo serves as the culinary architect for Kira, providing a level of technical sophistication found only at the highest echelons of global gastronomy. His professional pedigree is defined by training under the world’s most decorated icons, including Clare Smyth at the three-Michelin-starred Core in London and Alain Ducasse at Le Louis XV in Monaco. Following a successful tenure as Chef de Cuisine at Emeril’s, Josh now translates this elite international experience into a consulting framework for Kira. He is responsible for the research, development, and engineering of the complex flavor profiles that serve as the foundation of the brand’s culinary identity.
